David MM0HQD (ZL3DWS) Coordinator of the CQ Scotland Project, was awarded NZ Amateur of the Year in 2010 for outstanding services to NZ Amateur Radio. This award is made to the radio amateur who in the preceding year has given outstanding service to Amateur Radio in NZ.
